Horizontal Sections are sections that were once exclusive to the now-removed Tower of Hell RB event, but were later brought back for the release of Saboteur.
They feature the creator value on the start platform with a German name and have a layer of transparent killparts on the entire lower half of the section walls.
There are only three secret sections that can transition to and from horizontal sections.
There are 14 horizontal sections in Tower of Hell. Eight were introduced with the Tower of Hell RB update and six were added as part of the saboteur badge and carmine halo update.
